Benefits of a Crystal Sound Bath
A summary of what you might experience
Arrive into a relaxing and calm environment. Set up your mat, lie down, settle in, get cosy. You are then ready to experience the benefits and healing of crystal sound bowls. The sessions are always intended to help you to your highest good.
As the bowls are made of quartz crystal, experience the energy and healing from crystals, as well as sound (vibration and frequency).
Suggested Benefits of Crystal Singing Bowls:
Calms the nervous system
Reduces stress
Eases anxiety
Increases mental clarity
Increases intuition, creativity, inspiration
Expands deep states inner peace, meditation and relaxation
Relieves insomnia

The crystal bowls will release sine waves that radiate and continue to 1km or more from the bowl. Sine waves resonate with our brainwaves alpha state, which is when we are relaxed and become receptive to self-healing and cellular repair accelerates.
Crystals are minerals formed from the earth and (just like other examples you may be able to think of in science), they can amplify, transmit, absorb, contain/store and transduce energy.
As with any treatment/healing, there are a small list of contraindications and precautions which I will check with you before your first session (such as epilepsy, heart conditions, certain stages of pregnancy).

A 45-minute beautiful, deep relaxation experience in a 1:1 setting.
Arrive into a relaxing and calm environment, where you can lie down with a blanket , settle in and get cosy. You are then ready to experience the benefits and healing of crystal sound bowls. The sessions are always intended to help you to your highest good.
Prior to your treatment, we will discuss the intention of your healing session, which may be different session by session.

If you are coming to the treatment room at Chakra Wellbeing Studio, you don’t need to bring anything, unless you prefer to bring your own journal.
If it is a home visit, we can discuss what you may need to set up prior to the session.
