Class Description
The classes are varied and fun, focusing on technique and quality of movement for: strength, mobility, posture, co-ordination and balance.
My approach is adaptable, ranging for beginners to advanced clients, supporting your needs for those with health conditions or a complex medical history.
If you feel you would benefit from a private lesson prior to starting the class, please let me know. We will go through the basics and discuss/assess anything you feel you may need adapting for the class.
Pilates is not just about turning up for an exercise class, but rather getting to know and understand your own body..
How it moves, how it works and how we can optimise our body to the best condition.
I love teaching and educating, and I aim to give my clients something to take away from each and every session.
I take pride in completing annual Pilates courses/CPD, meaning your classes are continuously evolving, to give you the best practise available.
There is a maximum of 9 spaces per class to maintain a personalised experience.
If the classes are full, I take a reserve list and will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
If I am unable to answer the phone, please use WhatsApp messenger to leave me a message.

Mat Pilates Classes
Thursdays 9:30am, 10:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm at Padua Room, (at St Anthonys Church), Cadley Causeway, Fulwood Preston
Payment Options:
- Join as a member £38/month. This reserves your space every week in the same class. There is some flexibility to swap classes if you can’t make it on a certain session. Being a member gives you access to the members area where you can view online Pilates classes for any sessions you may have missed. Once you sign up, you will be charged on a monthly direct debit, meaning all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the session! The plan has been pre-discounted to allow grace for 6 missed sessions per year (including 2 weeks off at Christmas and New Year). Please send me an enquiry if you wish to be set up on this plan.
- Pay-as-you-go £10/class. You will need to use the calendar below to book your class. If the calendar is fully booked, please email me.
Preparation before your first class
Things to bring: Mat, rolled up towel or head cushion, a drink, any relevant medications e.g. epipen or inhaler
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, layers if you are too warm/too cold, grip socks or bear foot.
Things to invest: If you come to the classes on a regular basis, please purchase your own small ball and magic circle, as we use them often in the classes. Please ask me for details if you aren’t sure.
