The classes are varied and fun, focusing on technique and quality of movement for: strength, mobility, posture, co-ordination and balance.
My approach is adaptable, ranging for beginners to advanced clients, supporting your needs for those with health conditions or a complex medical history.
If you feel you would benefit from a private lesson prior to starting the class, please let me know. We will go through the basics and discuss/assess anything you feel you may need adapting for the class.

I take pride in completing annual Pilates courses/CPD, meaning your classes are continuously evolving, to give you the best practise available.
There is a maximum of 10 spaces per class to maintain a personalised experience.
