WHAT’S INCLUDED
– 4x in-person Physiotherapy-Led Pilates classes
– 4x online pre-recorded Physiotherapy-Led Pilates classes (in case you miss a session or wish to repeat it at home)
– Online pre-recorded welcome and introduction to the foundations of Pilates, which aim to improve your experience in the classes.

If you are.. PREGNANT
The Pilates Classes are suitable from 13-weeks pregnant through to your delivery date (you can start at any time, so don’t be put off if you’re already in 2nd or 3rd trimester)
If you are.. POSTNATAL
Suitable from 6-weeks to 12-months Postnatal (may also be suitable if you are up to approx. 2 years Postnatal – please ask). Come alone to have some YOU time.. Or bring your babies who are also welcome.
PRIVATE LESSON(S)
I personally recommended to have a 1:1 Postnatal Physiotherapy appointment/check prior to attending your first class, to get the most out of the sessions.
This can be booked separately by sending me a WhatsApp message. You can share this with your partner/family/friend as a duet session if you wish.

Preparation before your first class
Things to bring: A drink, any relevant medications e.g. epipen or inhaler
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, layers if you are too warm/too cold, grip socks or bear foot.
Things to invest: Chakra Wellbeing Studio has equipment which you can use during the classes. If you doing the classes from home, you may wish to purchase your own small ball, large ball and magic circle, as we use them often in the classes. Please ask me for details if you aren’t sure.
