If you are.. PREGNANT
The Pilates sessions are suitable from 13-weeks pregnant through to your delivery date (you can start at any time, so don’t be put off if you’re already in 2nd or 3rd trimester). If you have already been doing Pilates prior to your 1st trimester, you may be able to start sooner.
If you are.. POSTNATAL
Suitable from 6-weeks to 12-months Postnatal (may also be suitable if you are up to approx. 2 years Postnatal – please ask). Come alone to have some YOU time.. Or bring your babies who are also welcome.

Preparation before your first class
Things to bring: A drink, any relevant medications e.g. epipen or inhaler
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, layers if you are too warm/too cold, grip socks or bear foot.
Things to invest: Chakra Wellbeing Studio has equipment which you can use during the classes. If you doing the classes from home, you may wish to purchase your own small ball, large ball and magic circle, as we use them often in the classes. Please ask me for details if you aren’t sure.
